# Alignment Statement I believe that a decentralized validator set is crucial for Ethereum’s success and that Rocket Pool can play an important role in getting us there. I have been urging for liquidity incentives since 2021 and still believe that they are essential for the success of the protocol. # Conflict Statement I don’t have any professional conflicts. I don’t hold any significant crypto assets besides ETH and RPL at the moment. # Identity Statement I prefer to remain pseudonymous. # Contribution Statement I joined the Rocket Pool discord in May 2021. I have consistently participated in discussions about liquidity incentives for a long time and helped with technical details of the Curve pool for rETH/wstETH. Other contributions to Rocket Pool include: - designed [Removal of rETH lock](https://dao.rocketpool.net/t/remove-reth-lock-after-mint/339) and contributed to Smoothing Pool design included in Redstone - identified multiple bugs in the smart contracts and smartnode - currently working on GMC-funded [oDAO research](https://knoshua.gitbook.io/analysis-of-odao-duties/) # Additional Information Post Atlas, incentive efficiency will be crucial.
