# GMC Increasing Target Member Hours From 13 To 15

A recent internal poll taken within the GMC shows members have increased their weekly output and contributions quite a bit.

Adjusting the monthly target member hours to 15 updates the compensation and expectation to better reflect the current output.

If any member of the pDAO does not agree with this update, the GMC welcomes them to reply with their reasoning in this post.
