What specific project or work is the retrospective award in recognition of? Please detail what the project or work entailed and the duration over which it took place.
This proposal is for retroactive funding for my work on https://rocketpool.community. I’ve spent countless hours or work aggregating information from all across Discord and organizing it in the site. That included collecting all our POAPs, memes, projects, NFTs, raffles, resource links, theses, videos, graphical assets, pets, and links to special moments, along with the revenue comparison tool.
Are the subjects of this award entirely open source (MIT, GPL, Apache, CC BY license or similar)? If not, which parts will not be, why, and under what license will they be published?
Yes, it is published under MIT license here: GitHub - etheralpha/rocketpool-community: This is the source code for https://rocketpool.community, a site to highlight the Rocket Pool community.

How much RPL is the applicant requesting be awarded to the recipient?
I’m requesting 100 RPL to hanniabu.eth. If approved and it benefits the GMC budgeting plans, this payment can be distributed over multiple periods.
