What specific project or work is the retrospective award in recognition of? Please detail what the project or work entailed and the duration over which it took place.

This proposal is to reward work done on the smartnode and smartnode-install projects from Jul-22 to Jan-23, consisting of 19 PRs (12 merged and 7 being reviewed).

The main goal was to help Joe focus his time on the most significant RP features while Fornax worked on other features and community requests.

The work includes the implementation of ENS and Snapshot integrations and adding more metrics to Prometheus and Grafana. Also, Fornax actively searches and fixes bugs related to issues reported on #support. For a detailed list of the work see:

Fornax’s work benefits the Rocket Pool community by implementing community requests and helping Joe focus on big RP features. Searching and fixing bugs also helps the whole community to have a more robust solution.
