Hello everyone, I’ve been a follower of Rocket Pool for a while and recently signed up for the forum to try to become more involved in the project. I’m not a developer, but I have a great passion for , Ethereum, staking and the decentralization mission that Rocket Pool represents. First of, welcome! It’s amazing that you would like to help out! Other people here are better suited to tell you where you could get involved. But I personally am not sure what a MSql training course has to do with Rocket Pool or Ethereum? Could you maybe elaborate more? ---

Welcome! Are you in the Discord? Good to say hello and ask around there too. I think there are a lot of ways to contribute to the DAO that are not technical at all but more like organisation, education, promotion, etc. Some examples: - Contribute to this [Token Motion - Design Idea Submission](https://dao.rocketpool.net/t/token-motion-design-idea-submission/3493) - Contribute to this [Rocket Pool STAR Program](https://rocketpool.notion.site/Rocket-Pool-Star-Program-Guideline-18a574a282d680d191ecfc6bd553e8f9) - Help us track down underperforming or offline nodes, probably using [this thread](https://discord.com/channels/405159462932971535/1029031967947231242) for coordination - Figure out and progress next steps on the [tokenomics rework](https://dao.rocketpool.net/tag/tokenomics-rework), in particular I think we need to decide between [RPIP 45](https://rpips.rocketpool.net/RPIPs/RPIP-45) and [RPIP 50](https://rpips.rocketpool.net/RPIPs/RPIP-50) - Figure out and progress next steps on the [security council](https://dao.rocketpool.net/t/protocol-dao-security-council/3050)
