Happy Summer Everyone!

I’m excited to coordinate a NYC & Long Island meetup. On **Friday, August 9th** I’ve reserved the “banquette room” of PubKey ([https://pubkey.bar/](https://pubkey.bar/)), a bar in Washington Square in NYC. It has a stage and is an excellent setting to talk through all things Ethereum and Rocket Pool. It’s known as a Bitcoin Bar and frequently visited by the Bloomberg staff. I had a great time when I was here last, even as an ETH builder.

If anyone would like to give a presentation, let’s please talk and coordinate.

On Saturday, **August 10th** , we can keep the party going with a pool and barbeque party at my home on Long Island. I’ll share those location details separately. You can always reach out to me on Discord @rudes.eth.

Please RSVP below to help align expectations and coordinate.

> Rocket Pool Summit Grant What is the work being proposed? Fund regularly hosted Rocket Pool meetup events where community members can meet in approved locations (cities) twice a year, and be reimbursed up to a certain amount for their expenses. Right now ETH Denver is the primary event for the Rocket Pool community. This grant would serve to promote more in-person communication and networking throughout the year, and also give another chance for those that may have missed ETH Denver that year. …
