Who is the proposed retrospective award recipient?
What specific project or work is the retrospective award in recognition of? Please detail what the project or work entailed and the duration over which it took place.
Updating the Rocket Pool DeFi document (www.RPLdefi.com) with new market rates and opportunities bi-weekly. After the rates are updated, the information will then be shared on X and Discord. Keeping the sheet updated is the main goal of the work, however, the thread posted to X and crossposted on Discord (and further spread through Rocket Fuel submissions) create a record of the work and spreads it to a further audience than the Google Doc itself can reach. There’s also the occasional extra time adding new opportunities to the sheet as they come up.
Are the subjects of this award entirely open source (MIT, GPL, Apache, CC BY license or similar)? If not, which parts will not be, why, and under what license will they be published?

Updates credited were posted on 3/21, 4/05, 4/18, 5/02, 5/16, 5/30, 6/14, 6/28, 7/12, 8/08, 8/22, 9/06, 9/20, 10/14, 10/18, and 10/31. Previous updates were already rewarded and future updates will be rewarded through a grant posted this round.
