I am assuming Why Rework Rocket Pool's Tokenomics? | Rocket Pool Improvement Proposals is not what you want to see, because it doesn’t make a case for keeping the status quo.
You likely won’t ever find an argument for doing nothing. RocketPool is node operator limited and is not growing, and there are other opportunities available for NOs that don’t require RPL exposure.
RPL has been in a ratio decline for a while now, which makes it even less attractive to hold at 10%.
The theory that NOs would “top up” every month to stay above 10% and so prop up price, hasn’t held.
All in all: There is broad consensus that the RPL tokenomics need to change. There are competing ideas on how they should change, and that’s linked. But no one is making the argument that we should stay with the status quo, much less in an educated fashion.
