A recent internal poll taken within the GMC shows members have increased their weekly output and contributions quite a bit.
Adjusting the monthly target member hours to 15 updates the compensation and expectation to better reflect the current output.
Any Target Hours change is subject to pDAO challenge, and SHALL NOT be acted upon until 1 calendar month has passed after the decision has been announced.
