This grant is for the ongoing maintaince/updating of https://rocketpool.community. This includes adding POAPs, resources, memes, projects the community are working on, community member pets, graphics asset library, NFTs related to Rocket Pool, raffles, etc.

  • I’ve been maintaining this site for the past 15 months
  • I maintain a number of other open source projects as well: https://etheralpha.org

What is the breakdown of the proposed work, in terms of milestones and/or deadlines?

I will be updating the information on the website every week or so with the last update a few days prior to the next proposal period.

How is the work being tested? Is testing included in the schedule?

I will check the built site to make sure there’s no bugs or syntax errors and the build completed successfully

How will the work be maintained after delivery?

This proposal is for maintenance.

Payment and Verification

What is the acceptance criteria?

The updates have been made.

What is the proposed payment schedule for the grant? How much RPL and over what period of time is the applicant requesting?

Schedule: I’m open to feedback here, but can be a lump sum at the end of the period if that’s easiest.
Amount: 8 RPL per month; 8 RPL * 2 month proposal period = 16 RPL total; paid to hanniabu.eth

How will the GMC verify that the work’s deliveries match the proposed cadence?

The merges and commits on the github repo can be checked.

What alternatives or options have been considered in order to save costs for the proposed project?

This proposal includes discounted rates based on an assumed average of 4hrs a month in maintenance.
