Rocket Pool Roadmap Prioritisation

On the topic of roadmaps in general:

1. Who should own the Rocket Pool Roadmap?
2. Who should execute on it?
3. Should the Rocket Pool core team, pDAO, oDAO, IMC, GMC, etc. share one roadmap, or formulate roadmaps independently?
4. Does formal alignment on strategic goals have value? Or is the ad-hoc, bottom-up approach to independently observing themes that emerge across various discussions ideal for the Rocket Pool ecosystem?

Roadmap & Strategy Ad Hoc Committee

As @ken pointed out, the team asked the community to help out with brainstorming next steps for Rocket Pool. I propose electing a committee with representation from the pDAO, the oDAO, and the Rocket Pool core team, with a mandate to define a roadmap and strategy for Rocket Pool to serve as guidance over the coming 6-12 months.
