Incentives Grant for AlphaGrowth
What is the work being proposed?
AlphaGrowth seeks a grant of 4,000 RPL for incentives on growth campaigns. As the recipient of a GMC grant, we’re responsible for running the Growth Program for Rocket Pool. To streamline our efforts, we request incentives to secure deals with protocols, chains, DAOs, and bridges on behalf of the DAO. This will enable us to work more efficiently and effectively without involving the IMC or pDAO.

By approving this grant, the entire crypto ecosystem will gain significant advantages. Firstly, it provides DeFi utility to rETH, and secondly, it increases exposure to RPL.

Upon successful grant approval, AlphaGrowth will receive a one-time payment of 4,000 RPL.

The GMC will track the funds on-chain.

The alternative paths are submitting an on-chain proposal directly to the pDAO or via the IMC. By working through the IMC, there are DeFi strategies that can’t be funded due to the IMC Charter. This allows for greater DeFi flexibility.
