The above GMC stakeholders formed LLCs in order to perform their duties to the GMC. This retro is intended to partially compensate them for their increased time and administrative costs in relation to running an LLC. Typically this includes:
Attorney consult and retaining costs
Formation, registered agent, and filing costs
Various filings with associated fees, includes tax documents and a CPA
This retro will cover the the 2024 slate of GMC members (https://vote.rocketpool.net/#/proposal/0x19712eaf0f9f46fb03fd37bce4bba99e273643648cc4ca9ecd03aff27e9f4419)

Benefit
Without forming LLCs, the GMC would find it more difficult to procure and retain competent members, and would likely be under the cap right now. A functioning GMC is crucial for Rocket Pool’s continued growth and development - which benefits all stakeholders.
Costs
How much USD $ is the applicant requesting be awarded to the recipient?
Each of the above members for $2k each, for a total of $6k.

Yes. All recipients are either GMC members or the administrator.
