Round 28 - GMC Call for Grant Applications - Deadline is September 7

This thread is for applications for Rocket Pool’s August 7, 2025 - September 7, 2025 grants. Please only post grant applications in this thread. If you would like to discuss and/or ask questions about any applications you see in this thread, we ask that you do so in this separate forum thread which has been established for all community discussions related to this round of applications. Only those grant applications that are posted in this thread and timestamped by September 7, 2025 at 23:59 (11:59 PM) UTC will be considered. Any grants posted after that deadline will be carried over to the next award period.

This is the expected schedule for round 28:

  • Application Period (August 7 - September 7)
  • Scoring Deadline (September 23)
  • Final Voting Amendments, Discussion and Finalization (September 23 - September 27)
  • Award Announcement (September 28)
Differences Between Grants and Bounties Grants are intended to be applied for by those who are wishing to carry out the work themselves. Bounties are open-ended goals that could be met by anyone, including those other than the proposing party. In other words, if I believed that Rocket Pool needed a fifty-foot paper mache orange rocket for publicity purposes and I wanted to be the one to built it, I would apply for a grant. If I instead thought Rocket Pool needed a fifty-foot paper mache orange rocket for publicity purposes but I wanted it to be open to whoever built it first to claim the reward (similar to a prize), then I’d apply for a bounty.

To guide you in your application, the GMC has established the following goals and the following scoring rubric:

GMC Goals

Grants, bounties, and retrospective awards should make it easier and/or more attractive to do one or more of the following:

  • become a node operator

  • operate a node, mint rETH

  • hold or use rETH

  • improve the quality of life for the protocol and its community.

Grants Rubric

When evaluating grant applications, the GMC takes into account the following goals:

  • If the application is successful, to what extent does it further the GMC goals?

  • To what extent can the application be feasibly carried out by the person(s) proposed to complete it?

  • If the application is successful, how large is the benefit to the protocol relative to the size of the proposed costs

What is the work being proposed?

Ether Guild, a US Based Nonprofit, is proposing an IRL / Virtual course for persons to take to understand the Ethereum Economy and how their savings and financial activity is better for them onchain. Our primary goal is to explain blockchain technology and why an individual might want to save their Fiat on Ethereum & why an individual might want to save using a store of value asset with native yield - like Ether.

We also look to use funding from this grant to build out our online presence and tools to improve advocacy for the Ethereum Economy particularly toward the underbanked (which we are defining as limited financial service, especially when compared to Ethereum).

Is there any related work this builds off of?

The proposed work by Ether Guild builds off of the Protocol Guild’s efforts to sustain Ethereum’s technical contributors. The Protocol Guild focuses on advancing the network’s technical capabilities, while Ether Guild will focus on promoting and supporting ETH initiatives, such as education, advocacy, and community-building.

The two organizations have a symbiotic relationship, with the Protocol Guild’s technical advancements providing a foundation for Ether Guild’s efforts to promote ETH.

Ether Guild’s work on expanding ethismoney.xyz and promoting ETH will build on the Protocol Guild’s technical advancements, driving adoption and usage of the network.

Will the results of this project be entirely open source? If not, which parts will not be, why, and under what license will they be published?

All work will be open sourced.

Benefit

  1. If the grant is successfully completed, how does this help people looking to stake ETH for rETH?

The successful completion of the grant would help increase the recognition and adoption of staked Ether, especially rETH, as a store of value asset. This could lead to more people looking to stake ETH for rETH, as they become more aware of the benefits and value proposition of staking Ether. Additionally, the increased adoption and recognition of staked Ether could lead to improved liquidity and usability for rETH, making it easier for people to stake ETH for rETH.

  1. If the grant is successfully completed, how does this help rETH holders?

The successful completion of the grant would help increase the value and recognition of rETH as a store of value asset. This could lead to increased demand and adoption of rETH. Additionally, the increased recognition and adoption of staked Ether could lead to improved liquidity and usability for rETH, making it easier for rETH holders to buy, sell, and use their tokens.

  1. If the grant is successfully completed, how does this help people looking to run a Rocket Pool node for the first time?

The successful completion of the grant would help increase the recognition and adoption of staked Ether, including rETH, as a store of value asset. In fact, we believe the decentralized nature of the Rockpool Node Operator adds to the value of the Ethereum Economy & would be directly mentioned in the course to further bolster the value proposition of Ether, both vanilla and staked.

  1. If the grant is successfully completed, how does this help people already running a Rocket Pool node?

The successful completion of the grant would help increase the value and recognition of rETH as a store of value asset, which could lead to increased demand and adoption of rETH. This could drive up the value of rETH and provide a better return on investment for node operators. Additionally, the increased recognition and adoption of staked Ether could lead to improved liquidity and usability for rETH, making it easier for node operators to buy, sell, and use their tokens.

  1. If the grant is successfully completed, how does this help the Rocket Pool community?

The successful completion of the grant would help increase the recognition and adoption of staked Ether, including rETH, as a store of value asset. This could lead to a stronger and more vibrant Rocket Pool community, as more people become aware of the benefits and value proposition of staked Ether and participate in the staking process. The increased adoption and recognition of staked Ether could also lead to improved collaboration and innovation within the Rocket Pool community, as more people work together to advance the ecosystem.

  1. If the grant is successfully completed, how does this help RPL holders?

The successful completion of the grant would help increase the value and recognition of rETH as a store of value asset, which could lead to increased demand and adoption of rETH. This could drive up the value of RPL, as RPL is used to secure the Rocket Pool network and participate in the staking process. Additionally, the increased recognition and adoption of staked Ether could lead to improved liquidity and usability for RPL, making it easier for RPL holders to buy, sell, and use their tokens.

Which other non-RPL protocols, DAOs, projects, or individuals, would stand to benefit from this grant?

The potential impact of the Ether Guild project, through promoting and supporting ETH initiatives, advancing the position of Ether and staked Ether as a store of value asset, and educating the world about the value proposition of ETH, has the potential to drive growth and adoption across the entire Ethereum ecosystem.

This could lead to a range of positive outcomes, including:

  • Increased adoption and usage of Ethereum-based applications and services
  • Growing demand for ETH and staked Ether tokens, including rETH
  • Improved liquidity and usability for ETH and staked Ether tokens

Driving rETH Demand via Micro-Influencer Campaigns

What is the work being proposed?

Holdex (through Ready Influencer) proposes a 3–6 month pilot influencer & community growth program designed to increase rETH demand and adoption.

The service, Ready Influencer, is a KPI-driven influencer marketing service tailored for crypto projects. It solves inefficiencies in crypto marketing (inflated costs, low trust, poor targeting) by:

  • Activating crypto micro-influencers with authentic reach.

  • Running ambassador programs to amplify Rocket Pool’s narrative.

  • Each ambassador/KOL will receive a unique referral link to attribute conversions, deposits, and staking activity. This ensures adoption, peg stability, and TVL growth are tied directly to campaign activity.

  • Managing data-driven campaigns with transparent reporting (CTR, CPU, CPE).

  • Highlighting Rocket Pool upgrades (e.g., Saturn 1 this October or Saturn 2 next year) to educate users and build trust.

  • Campaigns will balance retail awareness with ecosystem integrations, reflecting Rocket Pool’s hybrid growth path, wrapped in storytelling, gamification, and integration showcases to make rETH engaging and sticky.

[BONUS] Supporting ecosystem partner outreach, identifying and introducing potential collaborators to expand rETH utility and strengthen Rocket Pool’s brand.

Is there any related work this builds off of?

Yes. While protocol-side improvements technically strengthen Rocket Pool (based on others’ proposal), this grant builds on that foundation by providing the growth engine needed to attract new rETH holders and stakers.

Holdex has already demonstrated success with Ithaca Protocol, achieving:

  • $STRATOS token oversubscription (742.91%) with 5,387 participants in just 24 hours → Ranked #3 on Virtual Genesis upon launch under $IRIS and $BAIBY.

  • Odyssey of Fate TG mini-app campaign with 20% CTR and $0.10 cost per user.

  • Ambassador activation scaled community reach by 20–40× across all metrics, generating 291,000 views and 23,126 engagements organically with 0 ad spend ; one of the lowest CPEs ($0.1081)

Will the results of this project be entirely open source (MIT, GPL, Apache, CC BY license or similar)? If not, which parts will not be, why, and under what license will they be published?

This project is a bespoke, person-to-person service tailored specifically for the Rocket Pool DAO and thus isn’t released under an open-source license (MIT, GPL, Apache, or CC BY). However, we commit to full transparency: all campaign materials — strategies, reports, metrics, referral links, and performance data will be shared openly with the DAO for accountability and community review. While the implementation IP (internal tools or templates we use) remains proprietary, the outcome and insights are fully visible to the Rocket Pool community.

Benefit

Group Benefit
Potential rETH holders Learn about Rocket Pool’s unique advantages (decentralized, competitive yields, Saturn withdrawals) via authentic, relatable micro-influencers. Increased confidence to stake.
rETH holders Stronger peg stability through higher demand. Reduced exit discounts as more users enter and hold rETH.
Potential NOs More demand = shorter entry queues, stronger incentive to join the protocol.
NOs Higher participation → more capacity to stake nETH, better APY from stronger rETH demand.
Community Greater visibility and stronger community engagement, encouraging more participation in discussions, governance, and advocacy. Campaign measurement ensures TVL growth is tracked through referral attribution and cost per $ liquidity acquired.
RPL holders Growth in rETH TVL leads to higher fees captured per staked RPL, supporting long-term token value. Ecosystem partners (Aave, Curve, Balancer, MakerDAO) benefit from more rETH integration.

Which other non-RPL protocols, DAOs, projects, or individuals would stand to benefit from this grant?

  • Ethereum DeFi protocols (e.g. Aave, Curve, Balancer, MakerDAO) benefit from increased rETH adoption as collateral.

  • Wallets and consumer apps that can integrate rETH, improving UX for stakers (e.g. Argent, Rainbow, Zerion).

  • Micro-influencers and ambassadors who gain access to transparent, fair partnership opportunities.

  • Other DAOs that are willing to adapt the outreach/ambassador playbook to their own growth initiatives.

Work

Who is doing the work?

The Holdex Ready Influencer team:

  • Experienced KOL relationship managers (dedicated Rocket Pool campaign manager).

  • Data specialists for influencer sourcing and KPI measurement.

  • Campaign designers, BD support, and ambassador program coordinators.

What is the background of the person(s) doing the work?

Holdex has been building with Web3 teams since 2017, supporting early projects through marketing, tokenomics, and growth campaigns.

Experience includes collaborations with Clearpool and Index.fun (recognized as a top 10 upcoming Web3 project in Asia curated by Crypto Banter).

Successfully executed campaigns for Ithaca Protocol, resulting in:

  • 742.91% token oversubscription.

  • $0.10 cost per user acquisition (using TG mini-app ads)

  • 291,000+ organic impressions (~21× organic baseline) at $0 ad spend (<$0.009 per view)

Holdex operates across major crypto community hubs: Twitter (X), Telegram, Discord, and execute campaigns with flexibility to expand into platforms like Binance Live, Reddit, and Bluesky.

Portfolio: https://holdex.io/portfolio ; https://readyinfluencer.holdex.io

What is the breakdown of the proposed work, in terms of milestones and/or deadlines?

Month 1

  • Campaign design + messaging (aligned with Saturn 1 or Saturn 2 narrative, depending on timing).

  • Sourcing & onboarding micro-influencers.

Month 2–3

  • Launch campaigns (Twitter/X, TG AMAs, Ambassadors).

  • Run pilot campaigns (10–15 micro-KOLs).

  • Collect + report data: CTR, CPU, community growth.

Month 4–6 (if extended)

  • Optimize campaigns based on feedback.

  • Scale to larger outreach (broader KOL networks).

  • Expand ambassador program → UGC growth.

Timeline Options (Saturn 1 vs Saturn 2)

We recommend to begin with Saturn 1 (October 2025) to capture immediate momentum and visibility.

If the DAO prefers, we can instead target Saturn 2 (2026) for a larger coordinated push.

Regardless of milestone, we are also open to contributing additional development-focused initiatives (e.g., ambassador feedback loops, integration outreach, liquidity acquisition strategy).

In addition to organic KOL and ambassador activations, Holdex can run targeted paid ad campaigns across:

  • Telegram Ads

  • X Ads (Twitter)

  • Google Ads (including YouTube + Display Network on websites)

  • Facebook & Instagram Ads

  • LinkedIn Ads

Important: Paid ad campaigns require separate budgets (not included in the retainer). If campaigns are scaled heavily, additional costs may be needed to hire more team members for execution and reporting.

This multi-channel expertise ensures Rocket Pool campaigns can reach scaling adoption effectively from both crypto-native communities and mainstream or institutional audiences.

How is the work being tested? Is testing included in the schedule?

Testing is built into each stage of the campaign via measurable KPIs:

  • Cost per view (CPV)

  • Cost per engagement (CPE)

  • Cost per user acquisition (CPU) — historically ~$10–$50/user depending on channel

  • Unique referral links for each KOL/ambassador to track conversions and staking

  • Cost per $ liquidity acquired as a north star metric

  • (If possible) On-chain dashboards to align campaign activity with TVL, wallet holder growth, and peg stability

In practice, testing is phased:

  • Month 1: Internal review of campaign design and influencer selection to ensure alignment with Rocket Pool’s Saturn 1 or Saturn 2 narrative.

  • Months 2–3: Pilot campaigns with 10–15 micro-KOLs. Results are collected (CTR, CPU, engagement, community growth) and evaluated before deciding which KOLs/strategies to scale further.

  • Months 4–6 (if extended): Optimization based on the pilot’s results. Only the most effective channels and influencers are scaled, with ongoing performance testing after each wave of campaigns.

This batch-by-batch evaluation ensures that only high-performing strategies are expanded, making campaign testing and iteration a core part of the schedule.

How will the work be maintained after delivery?

  • Continuous campaign management by a dedicated KOL manager.

  • Iterative optimization after each wave of influencer campaigns.

  • Monthly reporting to GMC + DAO community.

Costs

What is the acceptance criteria?

  • Campaign delivery with verifiable reports (links, screenshots, engagement metrics).

  • Cost efficiency within target KPIs (≤$0.03 / view, ≤$0.35 / engagement, ~$10–$100 / user).

  • Conversion tracking via referral links.

  • Cost per $ liquidity acquired benchmark.

  • Positive sentiment & visibility growth in the community

What is the proposed payment schedule for the grant? How much USD $ and over what period of time is the applicant requesting?

Proposed model:

  • $3,500 / month — dedicated KOL manager fee
Covers a full-time campaign manager for Rocket Pool, responsible for influencer sourcing, management, ambassador program execution, analytics, reporting, partner outreach, coordination, and operational support.

  • KOL spend is flexible and billed separately.

    • In our past work, campaigns have typically ranged $1,500–$2,500 each (3-4 campaigns over 3 months, ~$10,000 total), depending on scope and duration.

    • For maximum results, ideal budget range $2,500–$5,000 per campaign

  • Paid ads (optional), billed separately.

    • Telegram Ads: minimum $1,000 (free tests for ~100 users); recommended $5,000+ ; wallet-holder targeting may cost more.

    • Google Ads (Website Display / YouTube): minimum $4,000 (no specific targeting); wallet-holder targeting requires minimum $13,000 initial budget (actual spend duration range from 1-2 months).

    • X (Twitter) Ads: $1,500–$5,000/month, depending on audience scope.

    • Facebook & Instagram Ads: $1,500–$4,000/month.

    • LinkedIn Ads: $2,000–$5,000/month, focused on institutional audiences.

  • If Rocket Pool chooses to run paid ad campaigns, an additional $2,500/month may apply to cover additional ads manager.

Total upfront payment (for KOL manager only):

  • $10,500 for 3 months (pilot program), or

  • $21,000 for 6 months (extended contract for maximum outreach).

Cancellation policy:

  • A minimum of 2 weeks’ prior notice is required before stopping the service.

How will the GMC verify that the work delivered matches the proposed cadence?

  • Monthly campaign reports.

  • Public influencer content + engagement proof.

  • DAO/community review of campaign effectiveness.

What alternatives or options have been considered in order to save costs for the proposed project?

  • Large KOLs → rejected due to inflated costs and (mostly) low engagement rate that likely affects conversion.

  • Ambassadors only → limited scale.

  • Micro-KOL + ambassador mix → best balance of authenticity, scale, and cost efficiency.

Have you already been compensated by the RP protocol in any way for this work?

No.

Conflict of Interest

Does the person or persons proposing the grant have any conflicts of interest to disclose? (Please disclose here if you are a member of the GMC or if any member of the GMC would benefit directly financially from the grant).

No.

Will the recipient of the grant, or any protocol or project in which the recipient has a vested interest (other than Rocket Pool), benefit financially if the grant is successful?

Yes, Holdex will benefit financially as the service provider. However, the primary beneficiary is Rocket Pool adoption via increased rETH demand, stronger ecosystem integrations, and brand visibility.

What is the work being proposed?

An advertising (marketing) co-spend between the Rocket Pool Team and DAO in support of the Saturn 1 upgrade. The two components are a 15-day “Bankless Blitz” and a five-week “Flagship” package from The Defiant.

Is there any related work this builds off of?

Not directly. The DAO did fund the total amount of a Bankless advertising campaign back in mid-2022.

Will the results of this project be entirely open source?

Not applicable for advertising activity. The advertising content will be public.

Benefit

  1. If the grant is successfully completed, how does this help people looking to stake ETH for rETH?

Saturn 1 is largely a node/RPL story. But it’s difficult to accurately predict the protocol’s supply/demand picture in advance. In general, improved awareness of Rocket Pool has effects that benefit all participants, such as protocol and ecosystem growth, and establishment/entrenchment in the Ethereum ecosystem. In the case that an upcoming initiative to stimulate rETH demand is successful, the increased awareness of node operator benefits will help to ensure that there will be minting capacity going forward.

  1. If the grant is successfully completed, how does this help rETH holders?

The above points from (1.) generally apply, plus increased awareness and demand for rETH could have a positive impact on the token’s price relative to NAV, giving liquid stakers more confidence/reassurance.

  1. If the grant is successfully completed, how does this help people looking to run a Rocket Pool node for the first time?

The above points generally apply. Not all existing/potential node operators keep a close eye on the protocol’s development - some may benefit from being made aware of the benefits of the Saturn 1 upgrade and the attractiveness of launching validators.

  1. If the grant is successfully completed, how does this help people already running a Rocket Pool node?

The above points generally apply. Efforts to support rETH demand/price also benefits node operators looking to (re)launch validators.

  1. If the grant is successfully completed, how does this help the Rocket Pool community?

The community may enjoy a range of benefits that flow from increased awareness of the protocol and Saturn 1 upgrade, such as higher retention & inflow of liquid stakers, node operators, and community members, plus more integrations & ecosystem growth. The DAO may benefit from a higher dollar value of their funds. The community will also benefit from a temporarily reduced cadence of “wen marketing” comments (on a more serious note, the community has at least implicitly requested that the Team provide advertising support; overall morale/sentiment may improve temporarily).

  1. If the grant is successfully completed, how does this help RPL holders?

Promotion of the RPL fee switch may make holding the token more appealing to a wider range of individuals/entities.

Which other non-RPL protocols, DAOs, projects, or individuals, would stand to benefit from this grant?

None.

Work

Who is doing the work?

The advertising campaign will be coordinated by the Rocket Pool Team, specifically Langers & Maverick. The advertising platforms are Bankless and The Defiant.

What is the background of the person(s) doing the work? What experience do they have with such projects in the past?

The team members are highly qualified and experienced individuals who have been with the protocol for 3+ years and carried out prior paid advertising & organic marketing activity. Bankless and The Defiant are flagship crypto/Ethereum platforms with great track records, and prior history with Rocket Pool, and currently have very good standing in the Ethereum community.

What is the breakdown of the proposed work, in terms of milestones and/or deadlines?

The deadline to confirm the advertising is imminent. Once approved, work will start on coordinating the campaigns, which will be launched around the time of the Saturn 1 upgrade, ie from end October into November. The campaigns include a comprehensive range of content spread over five weeks, including podcast/video sponsor mentions, newsletter sponsor mentions, video & Twitter/X interviews, a website takeover, explainer article/video content, and sponsored posts. The best available dates will be selected based on what’s available at the time of confirmation.

How is the work being tested? Is testing included in the schedule?

Not applicable for advertising.

How will the work be maintained after delivery?

Not applicable for advertising.

Costs

What is the acceptance criteria?

Agreement and delivery of advertising packages as proposed.

What is the proposed payment schedule for the grant? How much USD $ and over what period of time is the applicant requesting?

The timeline is already tight and payment will be due soon, so ideally ASAP. The Team may be able to float the DAO for a short period of time if required. A one-off payment of USD56,750 is requested, as 50% towards the total cost of the two campaigns combined, with the remaining 50% cost to be borne by the Team. An alternate reduced spend option is available, see below.

How will the GMC verify that the work delivered matches the proposed cadence?

By their nature, the advertising deliverables will be publicly verifiable.

What alternatives or options have been considered in order to save costs for the proposed project?

The proposal has been carefully selected to balance cost with effectiveness. For a crypto advertising budget the spend is relatively low. Other comparable projects regularly spend similar/more on advertising. As mentioned, prior advertising spend in 2022 was borne in its entirety by the DAO, without Team co-pay.

There is an option to reduce the advertising spend but this would result in significantly less coverage and impact, specifically in the valuable explainer content & amplification. Reducing the total pay to USD90,000 (from USD113,500 total) and the Team paying 65% or USD58,500, would leave the GMC with a 35% contribution, or USD31,500.

In the case that the GMC declines to fund this proposal, the Team will still pay for a smaller two-week subset of the advertising campaign.

Not directly. Bankless is an oDAO member, which includes compensation for their expenses in RPL tokens. They also hold some RPL tokens and operate Rocket Pool minipools. But this is largely no different to the many other Rocket Pool node operators. And there is no guarantee of an RPL token price increase.

What grant is being renewed?

Token Motion Design Subscription (GA182405)

What work from the previous proposal was completed?

  • Rocket Pool Brand Refresh
  • Social Media Graphics Template
  • STAR Pitch Deck
  • Various Materials for RP Team
  • rETH Video Advertisement
  • more work can be found here

What work from the previous proposal is ongoing or pending?

  • Saturn 1 Roadmap Website

What work was not originally planned, but completed, if any?

The work was not pre-planned. It was a combination of requests from the community, the Grants and Management Committee, the Rocket Pool team, and Sleety.

What work is newly slated since the previous proposal?

Technically all the work is newly slated given it’s not planned ahead of time. One of the primary purposes of the grant is to have a design team in place to build high quality materials at a moment’s notice.

Are the results of this project entirely open source (MIT, GPL, Apache, CC BY license or similar)? If not, which parts are not, and why not?

The Rocket Pool Protocol DAO reserves the right to determine how the materials are used.

Benefits - enter N/A where appropriate

What metrics can you share on the success of the project?

Speaking as the administrator, one of the largest concerns was whether we would have enough work to fill the 7.5 hour / week agreement. However, we quickly realized there would be plenty of work. Especially near the end of the grant, it was difficult to manage the amount of requests and deadlines with the 7.5 hour / week ceiling. The revised budget is based on recent demand and the expectation of increased demand going into Saturn.

The protocol utilized 200+ hours of professional graphic design materials. This was pivotal to brand legitimacy and recognition over the last 6 months.

In less specific terms, how has this project improved the Rocket Pool ecosystem or benefited the Ethereum ecosystem?

It allowed for the community to directly participate in elements of marketing the protocol and its tokens.

Team

Who has done the work, and have there been any changes to the team?

Sleety and the Token Motion team.

How have the individual constituents of the team been compensated?

They have been compensated in accordance with Token Motion’s business agreement.

How has maintenance been performed since the delivery of the project?

Maintenance requests are submitted publicly in the GMC Discord.

The original project management ideas were sunset to reduce complexity and make it more accessible for the community to interact.

Payment and Verification

Have the acceptance criteria been met?

Yes.

What is the proposed payment schedule for the grant? How much RPL and over what period of time is the applicant requesting? Does this differ from the original approved amount?

Requesting $29,970 LUSD which secures a 6 month subscription to Token Motion’s dedicated design services. This translates to 12.5 hours per week (see below) dedicated to providing solutions to design problems in areas such as marketing/advertising, education, awareness and engagement.

While Token Motion doesn’t price explicitly on an hourly rate, it may be helpful to give an approximated example of value.

Rate for short term clients: $120/hr

12.5 hrs/wk * $120/hr = $1,500/wk * 4 (weeks in month)

= $6000/mo

Rate for long term clients: $100/hr

12.5 hrs/wk * $100/hr = $1,250/wk * 4 (weeks in month)

= $5000/mo

This calculation takes into account 4 weeks (20 workdays) + 8 UK public holidays of the year for holiday/breaks.

Is there a measurable Return on Investment for the project?

For the requests to be high quality and for efficient usage of the budgeted allocation.

Conflict of Interest

Does the person or persons proposing the grant have any conflicts of interest to disclose? (Please disclose here if you are a member of the GMC or if any member of the GMC would benefit directly financially from the grant).

I am the GMC administrator submitting this on behalf of Token Motion. I receive no personal benefit from this grant being approved.

Will the recipient of the grant, or any protocol or project in which the recipient has a vested interest (other than Rocket Pool), benefit financially if the grant is successful?

No.
