Comments:
While the calls are not revenue-generating and viewership remains modest, they are considered a valuable medium for information flow and transparency. The format has continued to improve over time, with several members noting the effectiveness of Ken’s prepared questions and structured approach.

Although approving non-essential spending is a difficult decision in the current environment, the committee determined that the benefit to community engagement and protocol awareness justified the cost.

Member Participation

Ken abstained from the decision and voting process due to conflicts of interest. The approval amount for Community Call Hosting Renewal ended in a ranked choice vote to approve the full amount.

Final Voting Stages

No members chose to reject the entire slate.

IMPORTANT
Based on the current value of the treasury, the committee will be extremely selective with the applications they approve in the near future. The GMC recommends only submitting applications that are of highest priority or could be considered an “emergency”.
