The current market conditions are tough, but growth remains an urgent priority. To expand Rocket Pool’s reach and drive adoption, we are officially launching the rETH Star Program. This initiative aims to engage the community in identifying and pitching potential partners, particularly DAOs and institutional protocols.

What is Star Program

The Star Program is designed as a B2B-focused growth initiative aimed at onboarding large ETH-holding organizations to adopt rETH. It targets institutional protocols, DAOs, and foundations, engaging directly with these entities to incentivize and facilitate large-scale rETH minting.

How to Start

I have created a Notion guideline for the Star Program, which has already taken shape. At this stage, the goal is to refine our materials through a few case studies. One example is the community-submitted lead regarding Arbitrum DAO staking ETH, which is currently being followed up by AlphaGrowth and the core team. We are closely monitoring the initial review results to gather more insights, improve our processes, and optimize materials.

Incentives & Review Process

Rewards for contributions will be distributed monthly and reviewed by the GMC on the Rocket Pool forum. Active participation is encouraged, and all contributions, including successful pitches that lead to deals or valuable leads, will be evaluated for their impact. Currently, the reward assessment is conducted through the monthly GMC grant application and review process. If there are any updates to this process, we will provide further information. @ShfRyn

How to Contribute

If you are interested in participating in the Star Program and helping Rocket Pool pitch to DAOs or institutional protocols, or if you have potential leads to submit, you can do so by selecting the application option and submitting your details.

• If you find the current process a bit complex and prefer to pitch directly, we’ve provided relevant materials, including a proposal template and key talking points. Incentive Details

To incentivize community participation and encourage DAOs to mint rETH, the GMC has allocated a budget for rewards. The specific rules are as follows:

• Community members or external agencies can earn rewards by completing certain contribution milestones.
• DAOs that mint rETH will receive RPL incentives through lending protocols or LP mechanisms to boost APR.
• If you are a DeFi protocol or liquidity provider, you are also welcome to participate in the initiative.
