Alignment Statement:
I’ve had the privilege of serving the pDAO by being an active member of the GMC since its inception. I am interested in participating in the IMC to learn more about the incentive mechanism and its role in adding value to the rETH LST.RP has a unique opportunity with the anticipated launch of Saturn I and II to increase the market share of rETH. I think the incentive opportunities can align with an rETH minting campaign.
Conflict Statement:
I fully recognize the time and effort required for the IMC role. I am actively participating in other DeFi communities, NodeSet, MegaETH, Heroglyphs, and Aztec. I will disclose if any proposal that the IMC evaluates would pose a conflict of interest.
Identity Statement:
I work at a public institution of higher education in the US and have been a proud node operator since Rocket Pool’s inaugural launch (Stage 1). I am deeply aligned with the core principles of Ethereum and actively engage in discussions focused on its design and future enhancements.
Contribution Statement:
My dedication to the Rocket Pool community remains steadfast. I co-host RP community calls and have served as a Rocket Scientist for several years, mentoring many along the way. This role has deepened my understanding of both the Ethereum and RP protocols, enabling me to assist others with node-related issues. I have represented our community in various forums, including discussion panels and interviews.
