On August 28, 2023, the GMC deliberated internally on how to handle recalculating RPL amounts.
Below, you will find the newly introduced procedures accompanied by the corresponding affirmative and opposing votes.

  1. Bounty RPL amounts will be recalculated every quarter.

  2. A grant is designated as “large” if it is over $40,000.
    7 Yes, 1 No

  3. Large grant RPL amounts will be recalculated every quarter.
    5 Yes, 3 No

  4. Pre-existing retrospective awards will be calculated at time of payment.
    8 Yes
