Name of Project: Audit of Rocket Split
What is the work being proposed: Rocket Split has completed development as was designed in the July 2023 grant request (July 2023 GMC Call for Grant Applications - Deadline is July 15th - #4 by LIBlockchain). Sigma Prime has close involvement with the Rocket Pool protocol and was suggested as an audit partner. Sigma Prime will do a Manual code review (Vyper v0.3.0), a development of test framework to support manual review, and report preparation and quality assurance review. It is estimated to be completed in a 2 week timeframe.

Will the results of this project be entirely open source (MIT, GPL, Apache, CC BY license or similar)? If not, which parts will not be, why, and under what license will they be published? Rocket Split is open source. The results of the audit will be shared on the Rocket Split site.
